Usage Information: Lay the mat directly onto concrete, existing tiles, or thermal tile backer boards. It can function as either a primary or secondary heat source. Always encapsulate the mat with the recommended smoothing compound or adhesive specific to your floor finish.

Going further than traditional warranties, the SecureFloor Warranty not only provides 20 years of cover for the product itself, but for the floor or surface materials too!

Faulty electric underfloor heating typically means a lack of warmth as well as removal of the top flooring to expose and investigate the product beneath, which can result in unavoidable damage and replacement costs.

The 20 Year Warranty from Amber covers:

• Inspection of the warranty claim
• Product replacement with a new comparable product, or repairing the product
• Installation costs
• Floor materials of a similar type or price level
• Transportation costs

Any purchase of our electric underfloor heating products - including mats and cables - since December 2024 with a registered warranty will be covered by the new 20-Year SecureFloor Warranty.

Delivery is made by common carrier on a 3-5 day lead time for most goods.

Bulkier, heavier items may take longer and may be on a selected delivery date to kerb side delivery.
