Usage Information: For wooden floors, choose the 100W/m² mat and ensure insulation is added if the floor is ventilated. For concrete-based floors, opt for the 150W/m² version along with proper insulation. Always prepare the floor finish as recommended and cover the mat with a latex levelling compound when using wood laminates or carpets. Note that the mat cannot be cut to size.

Going further than traditional warranties, the SecureFloor Warranty not only provides 20 years of cover for the product itself, but for the floor or surface materials too!

Faulty electric underfloor heating typically means a lack of warmth as well as removal of the top flooring to expose and investigate the product beneath, which can result in unavoidable damage and replacement costs.

The 20 Year Warranty from Amber covers:

• Inspection of the warranty claim
• Product replacement with a new comparable product, or repairing the product
• Installation costs
• Floor materials of a similar type or price level
• Transportation costs

Any purchase of our electric underfloor heating products - including mats and cables - since December 2024 with a registered warranty will be covered by the new 20-Year SecureFloor Warranty.

Delivery is made by common carrier on a 3-5 day lead time for most goods.

Bulkier, heavier items may take longer and may be on a selected delivery date to kerb side delivery.
